At Advizex, we don’t just talk about AI innovation—we rollup our sleeves and dive in. That’s exactly what we did during the AI Innovation Challenge, a company-wide competition that empowered our teams to experiment with artificial intelligence to solve real business problems.
The challenge brought together employees from across the organization to explore how tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot, and Claude could streamline operations, boost productivity, and spark new ways of thinking. What started as a fun internal initiative quickly became something much more: a showcase of creativity, collaboration, and tangible business value.
The Challenge
Participants formed cross-functional teams and were encouraged to think big, be bold, and apply AI in meaningful ways. Each team chose a problem to solve using static data and was given the flexibility to explore, prototype, and iterate. The only requirements? Use AI creatively, build something practical, and demonstrate the potential impact.
Throughout the challenge, teams joined workshops, attended office hours, and collaborated across departments—showing just how much innovation can happen when the right people and tools come together.
The Results
The outcomes were nothing short of inspiring. Many of these ideas are now being explored for future use within Advizex—and some may even evolve into offerings we share with our customers.
