Our Advisory Services practice focuses on being a trusted advisor in partnering with our clients to understand their business & IT goals and objectives, understand where they are and where they want to go, and providing them with strategies and guidance to help them achieve their short and long-term objectives.
In my role, I support client engagement by overseeing the execution of client programs by our consultants and developing strategies to satisfy specific customer requirements, including technology deployments, implementations, migration activities, technology refreshes, product and vendor evaluations based on customer requirements, strategic roadmaps, and cost of ownership estimations.
Previously, I've provided process and strategy consulting in healthcare and a variety of other industries, managed cross-functional corporate initiatives, led operations teams and managed relationships with partners to deliver products and services. I began my career as an intelligence analyst in the United States Army where I supported Special Operations during three war-time deployments throughout the Middle East.
