In 2020 Advizex launched their Wellness Program, encouraging employees to take care of their physical and mental health. Throughout the program, employees have participated in physical and hydration challenges and been encouraged to adopt healthy eating habits. In the spring of 2021, Advizex placed first in the SparkAmerica Fit City Challenge for medium sized companies. Award applicants were evaluated across six key categories: Culture and Leadership, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analytics. Completed assessments were ranked with the proprietary Healthiest Employers® Index, a 1-100 rubric for wellness programming.
